Coronavirus (COVID-19) Precautions

While many people have now been vaccinated against COVID-19, the CDC reminds us that it’s critical to keep taking precautions to prevent it.

We want to reassure our patients that our practice follows all CDC guidelines.

Our physicians and staff will continue using personal protective equipment as recommended, and we will continue to pre-screen our patients prior to their scheduled appointment.

Please call before coming to one of our clinics if you or any members of your household have any of the following:

  • Fever (Suspected or actual temperature of 100.4°F / 38.0°C or greater)
  • Cough/shortness of breath/difficulty breathing
  • Muscle pain
  • Headache
  • Sore throat or loss of taste and smell
  • In the last 14 days, you have been tested for Coronavirus COVID-19, been directly exposed to someone with a confirmed case, or someone being tested for Coronavirus COVID-19.
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

This list does not include all possible symptoms. The CDC will update this list as they learn more about COVID-19.

If you are affected by any of these, we advise that you self-isolate, limit contact with others, and seek advice by telephone from your healthcare provider.

Everyone entering our clinics is required to wear a mask/face covering that covers the mouth and nose and practice social distancing in our waiting areas.

If your upcoming appointment is one your provider feels would be appropriate for a telemedicine visit, one of our staff members will give you instructions.

Thank you for your patience and support. Now and in the future, our highest priority will always be to protect our patients, staff, and physicians.

More information about Coronavirus COVID-19 is available at the CDC.

The CDC released new information for moderately to severely immunocompromised people on 08/20/21.
