1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

¼ cup chopped green onions

1 egg, beaten

¼ cup olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/3 cup hot sauce

1 tsp chili powder

Juice of 1 lime

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp water


Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté chicken until lightly browned.

In a bowl, mix minced garlic, hot sauce, water, lime juice, red pepper flakes, chili powder, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken in a lightly greased casserole dish and pour the sauce mixture over it.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve over rice or your favorite grain.
